Description: Will get your heart pumping while riding on the SPINNER (R) bike. Throughout the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races, to fun music! This non-impact cycling workout is one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals. Water and towels are a must when you attend. This is suitable for all fitness levels.
