What’s your V.I.B.E.?
At UAlbany we believe that living by your values, and supporting others, is what defines a Great Dane. V.I.B.E. @ UAlbany is an interactive and conversational workshop that helps you tap into your personal values while turning them into real-world action. Whether it’s speaking up, stepping in, or reaching out for support, you’ll learn skills to be a confident, values-driven and active bystander in the UAlbany community. This workshop brings together peers who want to make a real difference and support a campus culture of safety and respect for all. No Lecture, no judgement, just a good V.I.B.E. and real talk.
Who Should Attend?
All students are welcome, especially those who want to lead with integrity and build community (or just learn how to have a friend’s back and to be a good neighbor!)!
