Take a wellness break and recharge your mind and body.


The UAlbany community is welcome to drop in for free yoga and meditation sessions during Restorative “Reading Day.” 


Sign up for a time that works best for you. Bring a mat or towel and water.


These sessions offer a refreshing pause during the hectic end-of-semester period. Ease the pressures of finals and the stress that often accompanies the holiday season. Attendees will be guided through soothing practices that promote relaxation, mindfulness and stress relief in a warm, welcoming environment.
 

Schedule

  • 11 to 11:20 a.m. - Meditation 
  • 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m - Yoga 
  • 1:30 to 1:50 p.m. - Meditation 
  • 2:15 to 3 p.m. - Yoga
