Meditate for Peace is a free, guided breathwork and meditation session designed specifically for students to reduce stress, improve focus and support emotional well-being. Led by trained facilitators from SKY Campus Happiness, this session offers simple, science-backed techniques you can use anytime—before exams, presentation or even to sleep better. No prior experience needed. Just show up. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and ready to take on your day.
