In Building Conflict Resolution Skills you will build strategies to support a positive work environment and manage conflict.
The NYS & CSEA Partnership offers two, six-month online certificate programs that are designed to expand career knowledge and skills. Earning a certificate is an excellent way to demonstrate professional growth and support career advancement. All programs are free and open to CSEA-represented NYS employees and Management/Confidential NYS employees.
To earn a certificate, you must successfully complete all required courses by March 15, 2026.
To Register:
- CSEA-represented NYS employees must first apply for and receive a Partnership Online Learning License (SLMS Code: P_OL_Program) in the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS). After receiving the license, employees can register in SLMS for the certificate program(s) of their choice.
- Management/Confidential NYS employees must have access to an Empire Knowledge Bank license in SLMS.
