Description: This workshop will review traditional CBT approaches, challenges and critiques of CBT, and an examination of Culturally responsive CBT. It will highlight the importance of self-reflection in working with BIPOC clients and their families, culturally responsive and competent cognitive behavioral assessment techniques, treatment planning, and clinical interventions.
