Description: This interactive workshop is appropriate for mental health and psychotherapy service providers of all levels of experience. Through an interactive presentation and group-based activities, attendees will explore common reasons why transgender and nonbinary individuals and families seek (or avoid) mental health services, the value and importance of gender affirming care, and key skills and approaches to promoting greater affirmation and inclusion in their own practice.
