Description: Participants will learn key elements of the supervisory role and have time to examine their relative strengths and growth areas as they relate to each element. Drawing from the field of positive psychology, including the methodology of appreciative inquiry, the workshop will guide participants in greater understanding of themselves as supervisors as a necessary underpinning of effective supervisory development and growth.
