Description: This workshop will present a flexible approach to using evidence-based interventions based on PTSD theories and principles of learning and behavior change. Participants will learn about the essential components/therapeutic tasks of treatment and the specific components of three evidence-based CBT treatments: Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR) Narrative Therapy.
