Description: incorporates light weights into a fun and challenging yoga flow. Combines the stretching and lengthening of yoga with the strengthening and toning of weightlifting to supercharge your metabolism. It builds strength, flexibility, and balance, all of which are useful for exercise and daily life! Focus and determination to master the workout allows the mind to be clear like a traditional yoga class. Modifications are offered and weights are optional, making this suitable for all fitness levels
