Description: Campus Rec presents Meditation. Its training for your mind. All things in life are made possible by the mind, so learn how to control it! Learn how to decrease stress, increase your sense of well-being and attain harmony between your mind, body and spirit through relaxation exercises and meditative techniques that will help you combat the stressors of everyday life and achieve enlightenment.
